The Christmas Letter.

Surprise in the mail.

While some people may hold the envelope in their hand debating with their significant other, (SO), as to whether to open it or not;

• Feel the excitement rush through their veins, followed by blame towards themselves for not getting approved, then pacing back and forth trying to figure out how they can send it back and say they never got anything so they assume it's still all positive. (all prior to even opening the letter, that is.)

Not I. Nope. I snatched the envelope out of his hands and ripped that baby open. Approved!

Considering our SR had also given us a hint earlier that day, i guess you could say, it was the rush that still counted. 

Approved and even better news, we were set to break ground the 22nd, the week of Christmas,
