Week 13 : Three down, Venice a go!
It's officially completed!
3 months and a week later, we finally have a home. We are set to settle on the 27th. The house has officially completed construction! Woot woot! All blemishes were fixed and our creaky floor was fixed in the guest room. But, we noticed a dip in our morning room floor that we are hoping will get fixed before we close.
What was completed this week:

All blemishes were fixed and our creaky floor was fixed in the guest room. But, we noticed a dip in our morning room floor that we are hoping will get fixed before we close.
What was completed this week:
- Kitchen Cabinets were leveled, replaced and repaired.
- Kitchen cabinet trim (kick plates) were placed.
- Sidewalk poured
- Steps from garage to mudroom was installed
- Steps to front door was poured as well
- Backyard door was leveled

Looks very nice! Love the color of your door! Did you have a lot of issues with your cabinets? We noticed a few of ours had nicks, cracks, and chips in them. We went with the highest level cabinets we could get but honestly we are a little disappointed in the quality. I have some doors that are crooked and the molding is not level with the ceiling.
