While we awaited the official approval for our rate. We were pulled left and right by our Project Manager (PM), SR, Home Security and In-home detailing representatives. 

The following decisions were made:

• Sandy Tan Siding
• Red burgundy door
• Stone high water-mark
• Flooring
• Upgraded carpet padding on the whole second floor
• Upgraded carpet padding in the basement
• Kitchen:
• Upgraded cabinets to Cherry Bordeaux
• Upgraded Kitchen Appliance Package
• Recessed lighting in the entire kitchen
• Morning Room
• Ceiling fan rough in
• 5 windows instead of 3
• Extras
• Built in audio system
• Dining Room ceiling fan rough in
• Bathroom cabinets upgrade to Cherry Bordeaux
• Fireplace
• Walk in shower upgrade (Master Bedroom)
