The decision.
Trying to remember everything is a bit tough. But i have to say, the decision to go through with the pre-approval came fairly easy. We called back the next day, made an appointment, and went in. I have to say that I truly believe God was watching out for us. As we went in, we spoke to the SR and told her we were interested in the narrow lot. She said someone had put a down payment on it last week, but told us to hang on a second. She dug through her files and started to laugh. She informed us that their deadline had ran out that day. We immediately smiled, and didn't waste a second longer. We put a down payment on the lot, and submitted the paperwork.

There were two lots left. One was wide, while the other was narrow.
Seeing that the Venice is narrow in length, we chose the narrow lot.
It just seemed too funny to me to have a wide lot with a narrow home.
