Week 10 has indeed been super busy. We managed to get as many photos as we could throughout the week.
- Friday the 20th, (after hours):
- We decided to go visit the house, only to find it all locked up! We were happy and devastated at the same time. While Rob looked for a way in, i was trying to peek through our windows to see if our cabinets were in..They were! eek! Anyways, he finally decided to give up and go home, when i said "We could have just gone in through the wide open window." After a very mad look, he threw me through the window, and we were in! ha! Such bad influences we are! We noticed the vinyl floors were put in, carpet is set to come in within the next 2 weeks.
- Saturday 21st:
- The painters were in! Placing their second coat on. They were also working on the hand rail for the staircase!
- Tuesday 24th:
- Door knobs, doors, handrails, final electrical installs began, final home security installs began, drywall finishing work, and other odds and ends.

Everything's been going good. We ran into some issues with electrical boxes, hole in the roof!, a few other things that were thankfully caught by our own personal inspector. So, I highly recommend you getting your own inspector before drywall and after drywall (final). It's good to have someone who works for you and not the builder. Other than that, most of the things have been going good! I'll be posting a new update now that we are in our final weeks. I'll check your blog out! Any questions, feel free to reach out!
